Q : How do I check the status of my order?

A : You can track the status of your order in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page.After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where we will confirm and ship your items as soon as possible.

Q: A How long does delivery take?

A : Please allow 14-20 business days (average) for the items to arrive.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at contact us page or leave a message on the online chat.

Shipping time may take longer in high season and this COVID-19 Restriction (Holidays, Christmas, New Year…)

Q : How Can I Change My Shipping Address? 

A : Please contact us at sales@giftcardscentral.info after 24 hours since place order and we will change to correct the address as soon as possible.

Q: When will my item’s Tracking Number be available?

A : Tracking Numbers are usually generated within 5-7 business days, and may take up to another 7 days to have updated tracking information depending on the efficiency of our shipping partners.
Tracking Numbers will be sent via email to our customers, even before the tracking information is ready.

Q: Why does my tracking number not update?
     Usually, there are two reasons for this problem.
 A: 1) The package hasn't been shipped out. The tracking number is generated   gradually after the payment;
2) The shipping carrier has not updated your shipment.
It would take some time to activate your tracking number after we pass the package to the shipping company;
